Disgusting service

I am in partnership with Lindokuhle Zwane the owner of the company called Lindofanele trading Enterprise. I have been receiving complaints from our clients saying they aren’t receiving service from us, this is because of the order that is sitting at Dundee Express Delivery. ARE WE THE ONES TO LOOOSE OUR LOYAL CLIENTS?????????? We highly understand that they might be having a high volume of delivery to be made, however I am not certain and impressed about the service we are receiving as its been a week already as well as the guy from reception/ whom receive calls that is why we even took an initiative to meet them half way by fetching some of the stuff on Wednesday at our cost, who is liable for this because the payment was done for the courier and where advised that the delivery will be done yesterday after 2:00 pm which did not happen. We myself and partner called to confirm this morning on when exactly is this going to be resolve and we were advised that this delivery will be done before 12:00 pm which is that I am not so certain about it as the guy at reception gave me a very stinking attitude, shouting at me like am his child, could not answer the question I was asking him instead told me that he is not going to answer that, I should just listen to what he is say “what more do you want me to say to you Lady” which is very veeeerrrrry bad customer service with no telephone etiquette cause he even hanged up on me. He needs to be sent for training because this is so not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
