<p>Pathetic Person, Storage Facility Disgrace <br />Don't trust the ads or pictures of this so called business,,,,its LIES<br />If you ever want to know how bad Duncan is at communicating than contact me. He stored my goods in his house and never told me till i insisted to view the items after always fighting with him that i am entitled to view the storage. My shock was to see the condition he kept it in. R100 000 worth of grafton and everest sofas where kept outside with chairs on top. There after he said he will put all my items in a proper storage, which he did and when i wanted to move them out to send to Durban he was giving me different stories about meeting him at the storage. After my fiance phoned him and sorted the situation than Duncan agreed to meet me. I found out that i was paying the storage cost and he was storing his items with mine. Even worse over half of my belongings were missing. He had no answer to this. Absolutely pathetic. Never ever deal with him especially as a female client he does not know the boundaries of a client. He makes a woman feel uncomfortable and is very forward and harrassing. You will always be in fear on what will happen. He is a disgusting person. He is more concerned about money not client satisfaction. His english is terrible and his way of doing business is the worst ever. Dont make the mistake i did.
