Pathetic ******

Worst furniture movers in South Africa. They gave me a quote and I went to their offices/home excuse was covid 19. Agreed on a bigger truck and also agreed on a price.Never arrived with people to load and unload. Had to pay for it out of my own pocket. My move was on its way to Eastern Cape for North west province. When we reached Bloemfontein he calls me and tells me sorry the truck they loaded is 1ton more than initially agreed. I need to pay additional R1300 to make up for the fuel. Innotialy it was agreed that the truck would arrive the same evening and we didnot pack a over night bag. By the next morning I messaged him and confronted him about the price hike and the fact that we had to load and unload ourself. His nasty response was that if I dont draw his full amount in cash he will take my furniture to undisclosed area until I draw the cash. He swore at me to tge point that my husband had to intervene and had to agree to his demands because we were scared that he would damage our funiture
