Worst movers ever

<p>Got a quote from Duncan Logisticts to move from Boksburg to Benoni. It was cheap, only R1800. I should have known then already it is going to be bad. Their mission statement is "To build a transport company with such high levels of service, success and integrity that which is only possible through Divine Leadership." We arranged for Friday at 14:30. They phoned me at 14:30 and to me to communicate with the drivers. Eventually they phoned me and told me they are almost done in Pretoria and will come do my move when they done. At 16:00 still no movers. A new driver phones from Edenvale and told me he is on his way. This is after they commited to 14:30. I have emails to prove it. The moves arrived and started packing. Two thirds of my stuff was loaded and they tell me the truck is full. Decided that thye must take it and unload at the new house. Phoned the owner and he said that the truck is big enough for 4 bedroom house. We had a 3 bedroom townhouse and not all the stuff could fit. Really pathetic.</p>
