Watch out for Duncan Logistics

I asked for a quote to move from Harrismith to Cape Town and the response was quick, helpful and friendly. Accepted the quote for 15k (paid the 50% deposit) to load my good on the 13th of Sept, on the 10th of Sept just before 9pm the one "manager" emailed me asking can they load Sunday the 11th as a truck is coming back from DRN, I said no that will not be possible as I am in JHB and not done packing (who is done packing 3 days before a move?), asked them to call me and discuss, and the reply I received was (in short) we'll talk on Monday but we'll have to send a shuttle to load goods at an extra cost as truck is not available on the 13th. The Monday they called to discuss and the man who spoke to me was very rude, and said if I don't pay the extra cost they won't send the truck (and I already paid the 50% deposit). What was I suppose to do? (as per all emails shuttles is included in the price) On the day of the move the drive and loaders was friendly and loaded all my goods, then my phone went missing. When I reported it to them (manager), asking that they speak and search the driver and loaders for mt phone, nothing turned up and when I told them I have to go open a case a the SAP for the missing/****** phone, I was accused by said rude "manager" that I was intimidating them for wanting to open the case. They loaded on the 13th and off loaded the 17th without confirming a off load date (I asked multiple times, and driver told me about 2 days). My fridge was badly damaged and luckily still working. No results in their investigation on my phone. Only reason for 3 stars is the driver was friendly and the 2nd person I spoke to who phoned to hear about my phone was friendly and helpful.
