Unhappy customer

This company has not reached any of the discussed tragets that we agreed apon. I booked a shared load from Nelspruit to Bloemfonteiin. Because they were late picking up I missed the shared load to Bloemfontein. I asked them to please deliver before the Monday as I was moving to Worcester. The company told me they would only deliver on Friday. I was very upset as they missed my move from Bloemfontein to Worcester. On Friday I organized a person to wait the whole day for delivery as they indicated. They never showed up. Their T&C state that delivery would be with in a week of pick up. They did not advise any drop off time for my goods. I organized alternative transport from their depot at extra cost to me. The company refused to give pick up time or adress, stating I was disresepcfull and he would not release my goods to an alternative transport company that was already in Jhb to transport my goods to Worcester. I have still not recieved a resolution from this company to recieve my goods. They have had my goods now for 2 weeks and refuse to deliver or release to alternative transport company.
