The most Pathetic service I have ever seen

<p>If you are reading this PLZ PLZ PLZ, do yourself a favour and look for another company to help you move. Duncan Logistics is not only *********** but also arrogant and spitefull to us the clients. We used them to move and after how many calls and fighting the morning, when we were told no you cannot cancel the services they will be there, they only arrived half past 3 the saterday afternoon. We paid for 2 full trips but because they came late we made a plan and only needed the one trip. This happened end of Januarie, We still have not received our money back, and when we contact them all we get back from the "Transport Manager" DONALD DZIPANGE is "Go Ahead, If we refused to refund you. We have no problem with that" or "Be patient with us". More that 4 months???? And they way he speak to me and my wife, no respect at all and doesnt care about client service. </p>
