Poor bussiness management and service

<p>I did sent them a inventory list of all my stuff to be moved from steelpoort and burgersfort to rustenburg they sent me a quote of R7000 then I told them I forgot my dogs and they said no problem he will send a ekstra trailor but it will cost a R1000 eksta? I Accepted the next day he said the 6 t truck with traior is going for service so he will send a 8 t truck? I dont mind as I not the guy that decide on the truck size Im the client that wanted all my stuff on the inventory list to be taken from steelpoort and burgersfort to rustenburg? So I said its fine ? When they arrived at my house the guy standing there to see that they load the stuff phoned me and said they not going to load the dogs cause they dont have some place to keep them ok after a discussion with mr duncan we agreed ill sort out the dogs? Not right but ok ill do that? Now after a while the guy is phoning me again said the truck is full and there is still all my garage stuff and the stuff in burgersfort not loaded yet????????? Now i was struggling to get hold of duncan then he could not hear what I was saying then when he heard me he said he will send a bakkie and trailor for another R5500??? After long discussion I said we will talk tommorow Im still waiting for the truck with the stuff that they did load??? Then he said I must pay the last 20% of the removal price when they arrive here cause they dont have diesel money but I paid R80% 2 days before? Then when they stopped here they refused to offload before I pay the last 20% but 40% of my furniture is still in steelpoort/burgerfort I had to get police to force them to offload my stuff? I allready paid 80% but only 60% of my stuff is here????</p>
