Not trust worthy

My move was booked for the 7th of May. On the day, my final payment of R5000 was due. In error I made it but as a standard transaction and they won't assist unless it is an immediate payment. I then said to the man at Duncan logistics that I will gladly make another payment of R5000 as an immediate payment if he agrees that Duncan logistics will refund the over payment the moment it clears, he said no problem definitely. It is 20 days later and they still have not refunded me. They are not eager to respond to my emails and the only answer I get is that "they are aware and will send POP when done" This is not being honerable. I now have to spend time seeking legal advice just to get my over payment from them.

They also did not send an 8ton truck as quoted and they got a sub-contractor to do the move.
