Never use this service.

Duncan Logistics should not be allowed to operate as a business. Not only did Duncan arrive 2 hours late. He spoke rudely to at us while on phone. He kept our furniture in his truck for two days, and released it once we paid R2000 (R1000 per day) for “storing” our belongings. His lack of professionalism, and inability to admit accountability is disgraceful.

Duncan’s conduct and breach of contract is so troubling, I am personally shocked he has not been sued yet.

I will never use his service again, and I would not recommend him to anyone unless it’s for an exposé on Carte Blanche.

Moving homes is a stressful situation on its own, don’t complicate it with this business. Shame on you Duncan.
