Duncan Logistics - bad service and still awaiting refund

I contracted them to do a share load from Polokwane (1 side board) to Modimolle, then pick up a table and 4 chairs when delivering the side board, and off load it in Mokopane. I explained it on the acceptance document. They arrived where the side board needed to be collected, as for the table and chairs - which is in Modimolle -, complained about the weight of the side board and then left. After numerous WhatsApps and emails, I was told the people where the side board was, were rude etc. I was in constant contact with the people and they complained that the movers did not seem to know what should be done and was indifferent. I cancelled the contract and paid someone else to bring the side board. I am still waiting for the refund (which is only 30% of the initial fee paid!) for nearly a month now. When I asked I was told that I will be informed when the payment will be made. This is one company that I will surely not recommend to anyone.
