I found the company on Facebook (People living in Midrand), checked their website and sent a mail requesting a quote. On the day of the move, I communicated with Ronald to arrange time and payments. I paid 50% deposit and the rest was to be paid before offloading at destination.

We had arranged to load at 15:30 because I was working. I waited and waited but they kept on saying they're on their way. I was supposed to leave the place the same day since it was month end. I waited from half past 3 till around 8 while they kept on saying they're on their way.
