DO NO USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TRASH

I contracted with a diff company that then subcontracted with Duncan logistics for a shared load, my furniture was collected and wrapped by the company, then dropped off at Duncan, for delivery Jhb to PE. The following day, my items were delivered, 90% of them all damaged, suade sodas and cushions all covered in oil and petroleum. When I checked, all the meat in the freezer was ******, all my sneakers ****** incl Tupperware and my children's school takkies, chest of drawers completely broken. When I spoke to The manager for Duncan logistics, he was rude, and full of threats, he left 3 of my couches promising to deliver 3 days later, I waited 15 days later, David (the guy I contracted with) drove to Duncan logistics warehouse, only to find my items thrown on the floor like *******, and they never left jhb as.they had **** and said they are in Cradock stuck with my furniture as they have a mechanical breakdown . DAVID organized another company on Sunday and goods were finally all delivered. They are all.in such a bad state, yellow suede looks 10 years old and yet its only 3 months old, stitches torn, buttons popped, oil stains etc....WORST ******* COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM, AND IF YOUR MOVER SUB CONTRACTS WITH THEM, RUN AWAY.....I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO OPERATE
