Disgusting Service

No service received. I paid a deposit and arrange collection for today, a week ago. Since 10am this morning I have been awaiting a truck to collect my stuff. All I get from Duncan is that he will get back to me. I had to cancel my air ticket and rebook for tomorrow which cost me more then I budgeted for my move. I am still awaiting for a truck and confirmation that I will be reimbursed for the 2nd air ticket as it is a fault of Duncan Logistics. I will not recommend them to anyone.
