Death Threats from Duncan Lgostics

Part 2: In light that I had written formally to Duncan Logistics so as to cut ties with them, they sent out a truck to collect my consignment. I get a call from the driver and I have explicitly instruct him not to proceed with the collection and he ignores my instruction. They collect my consignment. The following day I call a fellow by the name of Nigel who seemed to be the one who had ignored my instruction not to collect and I request that they return my consignment to my supplier. He passes me over to another fellow who is the actual Duncan. I further requested that they return my consignment to my supplier and he rudely tells me that trucks don’t move on water and require diesel. Note the truck was still nearby my supplier and I responded by telling him he can keep my deposit and just return my consignment as I had made alternative means to collect as I was falling behind on my construction project due to their delays and did not want to work with them at this point. That too falls into deaf ears. Around 2 more weeks pass and still no consignment was delivered. On a random day they decide to make the delivery and by now I had incurred further costs by means of procurement of the very same material they had kept all this time. I did not pay them that balance of 70% due to their delays losses I had incurred. Then I get a threatening call from a person by the name of Biggie who claimed to be sent by Duncan and he threatened to make sure I pay them or I will be handled. His company is called Langman Sileverio Risk Management 73. I was intimidated and stood my ground. He further stated that I should ask around about him ‘Biggie’ as he is feared and that I surely don’t want to be killed for such. This is Duncan Logistics for you. We work hard in order to give quality work for our clients and the likes of such businesses are just there to mess up our reputation and timeous turn around periods. So still I am waiting for the feared Biggie to come and do what he had threatened to do. In conclusion they took my consignment without my approval, ignoring my request to send it where they got it and now I am being threatened and intimidated. I urge people considering these ******* to think twice.
