Poor bad service.

Very poor!!!! After trying to obtain a loan, emailing back and forth. Uploading documents, phone calls. A lady calls me to finalise the loan and she asked me if I get paid weekly or monthly. I said weekly and replies, I'm so sorry, we only deal with monthly salaries. Seriously!!!! You have my damn bank statements infront of you!!!! Its shows money going into my account every week. Stupid people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
