Bad Service and Lies

Please stay away from these people. The have made miss my uncle's fueral. I started the loan process and I was told "Thank you we have received all your documents" the next day I get an email asking when my pay day is, which is weird because the online application had already asked me to populate that information but I responded anyway. Not even 15 minutes later, I get an email saying my application had been cancelled because my documents were not compete and that I should let them know if I need clarity. Of course I needed clarity because of the contradictory statements. I re-submitted the documents EARLY this morning as they requested. I got an email back saying they would get back to me before the end of the day. They have not and now I am going to miss my mother's only brother's funeral. Guys grow up, if you deny an application just deny it, so a person can come up with alternative, do no not give them the run around.
