Dump a Drum : A Service provider from HELL!

I am incredibly disappointed and feeling disrespected by Dump A Drum. Their driver hit my gate on 23/01 and fled the scene without taking any responsibility. To make matters worse, the company owner lives overseas and seems to have no concern for the safety of their customers. It is unacceptable that I have lived with a broken gate for over a month until my property insurance came to the rescue, simply because the company failed to take action. This negligence not only inconvenienced me, but also put my family in potential danger, and it is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect companies to prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers and take responsibility for their actions. It's disappointing that in this case, it was left to my insurance company to step in and resolve the issue.
