***** dealership (Dumelang Motors)

I took my car(Mercedes-Benz) for park and sell to Dumelang Motors own by Wernich. It was on Wednesday the 12th when I was dropping it off, very clean no faults and full tank. An old man by the name of Jaco who is incharge phoned on Friday telling me there is an 1 old man interested and he put a deposit of R10000 and he will come on Tuesday to settle the balance. On that Friday the 14th I went there to check if it was on the floor and it was not there and I was told Wernich took it to AA for roadworthy which it was all lies he was using my car for his own personal trips. On Thursday the 20th i tried to do follow up and they were ignoring my calls and my whatsapp but when I use different phone he answered and when he realized it was me he was rude on me , dropped the fone in my ear and sms me to come fetch my car. Friday morning I went to fetch it and found my car dirty, warning /faulty lights and tank was on reserve and front tire with a bubble and is now vibrating. Come to realize they were not selling my car but enjoying the ride now that the tank is empty and showing all the faulty lights they don’t want it anymore on their floor. I asked them about that AA roadworthy certificate and it was not there. just took my car and leave without arguing.
