R10 extra charged for each price

I went to a Dumbe Cash & Curry Liquors on Saturday, 2nd of April to buy alcohol. Due to the long queues at the atm's I could not withdraw funds but took an option to pay with my debit card. To my amazement, I had to pay extra R10 for each price of the things I bought which was 4 items (resulting in me paying extra R40.00) and when I asked why is that as it is always communicated that you save when paying with your card but was told that they don't make profile when I'm paying with my card which did not make any sense as they don't charge that extra amount when paying cash.<br> I believe that the store is trying to make extra cash from us and that they taking advantage for the fact that its a rural area and people are mostly not pay attentions with this things. <br> I stay in Joburg full time and I go there to visit my family. <br> It seems that this has been happening for a long time and they are getting away with this thing coz no one is complaining about it. <br> Please help.
