Bad service

I am very disappointed of the service of I got today at Jabulani dumani clinic.I was unattended for 8 hours today and I was there for a pregnancy check up I arrived at 07:45 in the morning I set there till 16:30 still unattended and when I complained I was told that they are not sitting there are working as if they are working the take an 1hour 30mins to attend one patient so that the rest can leave this is my 3rd baby but I have never seen such a horrible service I am very angry and wish the matter could be escalated for future. We need better service
