Duma Travel is NOT the masters of corporate travel Purple House B and B in Smithfield

<p>I was contacted by Ignatius from Duma Travel to assist in accommodating a person from SASSA at the beginning of November 2016. </p> <p>They issue a voucher that Ignatius promised to pay within a few days of receiving my invoice. This I did and sent it off on the 7th of November.</p> <p>During the last 30 days I must have made 20 calls to Ignatius and others to be paid. No luck.</p> <p>I supp**** the guest with dinner, bed and breakfast and as usual I offer the same service as I would anyone that pays immediately. I pride myself on the fact that my service is outstanding. I am a small Bed and Breakfast in Smithfield and expect the same respect from Duma Travel as what I offer the government representative that they send to me.</p> <p>Unfortunately it seems that the do not respect me the way they should...They promise to pay everyday. They promise to look into the matter. WHAT matter? Just pay me !!</p> <p>The persons responsible is Ignatius, but he only issues the voucher. That voucher then goes to Pretoria where someone should pay on the voucher. Un fortunately it seems that their accounts department is filled with people asleep at the wheel, in a meeting, "is sick today" or has "left on holiday"</p> <p>Anyone contemplating or being approached by Duma Travel should be very wary of accepting guests on their behalf. </p> <p>Their praises are being sung on the phone when you call them.....Masters of corporate travel.</p> <p>As far as I am concerned they should be called "The s**** dealers of the travel industry"</p>
