BOOKING FOR INSPECTORS
GOOD DAY<br> <br> I MADE A BOOKING FOR AN INSPECTOR OF DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE DATE 19TH JANUARY 2016 IN THE MORNING AND SHE FORGOT TO MAKE THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION. WHEN I WENT TO HER OFFICES AT ABOUT 15H00 SHE HASN'T DONE THE BOOKING YET AND TOLD US THAT THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE US AND GAVE ME A BAD ATTITUDE NOW MY QUESTION IS WHERE MUST WE GO AND BOOK? SHE TAKES HER TIME TO RESPOND TO EMAILS AND DOES NOT ANSWER HER PHONE, WHEN YOU GO TO HER OFFICE SHE IS AT HER DESK DRINKING TEA NOT ANSWERING OR ASSISTING CLIENTS.
