Wrong paint.

Hi, <br> I bought 40 L of Dulux Wallgaurd from Paint Place in Strijdom Park. I asked them to match paint from Universal Paints called Ouklip. I brought in my sample from Universal paint but they said they already have it on their system. They made it up for me and I went home to give it to my painters. <br> <br> I was away over the weekend while they painted, upon arriving home yesterday I could see that the paint was lighter than the others in my complex. They had used about 25 L of the paint and done most of the house. I went back to Paint Place this morning, they explained to me that Universal Paint don't have set colors and that they mix up as they go. My sample didn't match Paint Places sample of Ouklp. While I completely understand this, my sample was right and the historic sample they had was wrong. <br> <br> They said they would replace the paint for me. Then they loaded the paint, they had only replaced 15 L. I'm sorry but how is that logical? I have painted my house with 25 L of their mistaken color and they want to replace 15L that wasn't used? This makes no sense. Then the owner had attitude saying he would grudgingly replace all the paint but thats the last thing he will help me with.
