Problem with paint quality

I bought Dulux Night Jewels 2 Weatherguard to paint my house on the 5/2/15. I complained on the 10/2/15 to Jacks Hardware where I bought the paint that after the previous nights rain the walls are streaked. Godfrey came to inspect on the 17/2/15. He took photos of the walls and the paint tin and said he would report the problem. <br> I have not heard anything or seen anybody since?????
