Poor quality and service

Hi<br> <br> I would like to lay a complaint against Dulux, I painted two rooms in my house with their World of colours range. 1 colour was light(Darling Provence) painted on a dark orange/gold wall and the other colour was colour is Rich Provence which is much darker and was painted on a white wall. I used a paint brush to paint both rooms and the lighter colour Darling Provence came out perfect but the Rich Provence has completely destroyed my walls. It is streaky and very uneven, it actually looks disgusting. <br> <br> I had both builders warehouse and a dulux expert come look at the walls. Builders say there is certainly a problem with the paint but Dulux say its because i used a paint brush. I am finding this very hard to understand because why would one colour come out perfect but the other a complete mess and they in the exact same range... <br> <br> I now have to fix this mess by painting an undercoat then a new colour as i am put off using this colour. I have wasted all my time and effort on this and find it very unprofessional that i get told a pathetic excuse like that. Its an insult in fact. <br> <br> I aslo have a friend who has the exact problem with this colour paint and they used a roller <br> <br> Gareth<br>
