no delivery as promised

Hi , after the incident where paint spilled in my car , a lady called Lorraine from dulux called me and told me a guy will call me to tell me when to come get the paint , the guy called and told me it is ready for collection at makro wonderboom he has instructed ppl at makro to give me paint on sunday! He asked me to bring my I'd , I'm here at makro and no one wants to give me the paint because apparently no one left instructions to give me the paint ! What is this now ? Another wasted trip of mine ?
