Maxi cover Wall and Ceiling is not washable

Bought paint as we are starting a pres school and needed washable paint. After 3 days of painting I realised that the paint is not washable and can easily be removed with a damp cloth. When trying to register the gaurantee on their website, the product is not listed. This is unacceptable. How many client get caught with this false advertising.
