KZN Ladies: Dineo & Andrea - Outstanding Customer Service

<p>Logged a complaint with Dineo 12/07/2016, who listened attentively for the entire 30 minutes of outburst from me, advised will receive feedback. I did not expect feedback to be received 15 mins later by Andrea, who also had the pleasure of listening to my outburst, she promised to do a site visit the following day which calmed me down. At 8:00am 13/07/2016 next morning Andrea was at my premises, did an inspection, listened to another version of complaints, patiently. What surprised me is that at 11:00am my complaint was resolved. I did not expect a courtesy but to address my concerns regarding over-usage of paint whereas less is intended. Thank you for the kind gesture of 4X paint, now I can paint my Signal Red Doors X4 and complete my ceilings....Thank you Ladies, now you can paint the town red...</p>
