Faulty paint - Bad Service

I bought a tin of Dulux spray paint. The paint is faulty. I reported it to Dulux and was told that the fault was not with the paint but that I had stored it incorrectly. This even after I had told them that I ALWAYS store my paint in a cool dry place. (Not to mention that it has just been WINTER!!)

I am very unhappy at the way I was treated, especially being called a **** and all.

I would have expected more from Dulux.
