False advertising

Entirely unhappy with the Dulux Gloss Enamel for doors and trims. Painted a skirting of about a meter in length as I needed to replace a section after the dog chewed on it. I waited exactly 10 hours for the paint to dry. I wasted so much paint on that piece of skirting because of me touching the skirting to check if it was dry. We blow dried it, left it outside in the sun and still it took about 10 hours to dry seriously disappointed. Seriously false advertising as it states on the paint container that it takes 4 hours to dry. Clearly thats a lie
