Extremely Disappointed with so called Washable Paint

I purchased Dulux Washable matt paint which a guy in builders warehouse Tokai recommended as he had on a Dulux Tshirt. I asked him for a washable paint that I only need one coat.

I was happy with buying a good paint brand and my expectations I thought it would have been met as this guys recommended as I have no knowledge of paint.

When I painted the wall it looked brilliant, some walls needed more than one coat but was not a train smash, what was a train smash was when the wall got dirty.

I took a wet cloth to wipe the wall to my surprise the paint came off.

I am so disappointed with this I will never buy any dulux product again. It was my first time buying this product but definitely the last.

I had high expectation of Dulux paint I will rather do the rest of my place with plascon.
