Bad service from Dulux
In December we had our house painted. Bought at Buco in bergv****t. Needed extra 30l of paint and it was mixed wrong. The colour looked right but when it dried it was lighter. The rep was here and he could see. He was meant to replace paint and i sat in on a conversation with the manager of branch making promises he would pay for the painters. Until today nothing has happened and i sat in on more conversations where the rep said he can do nothing. Our house is the wrong colour and 2 toned.
