Bad product,service and color matching
STILL NO REPLY... SENT 30 JULY AS BELOW <br> <br> I built a new home in Mosselbay and against my will the builder asked me to use Dulux as he has an account there - I am a plascon supporter<br> <br> The rep from George did a colour match to an example home - well my house became brown with a purple pink colour (not right at all)<br> The Dulux admitted to a wrong mixture - well guess who had to pay for the repainting ,yes the customer<br> <br> My interior paint \after inspection"from Dulux was not up to standard as marks could not be washed off - the more you rub "

As discussed telephonically, we will provide you with a 1L sample of Dulux Rich Matt tinted as closely as possible to the original Trade 100 Low sheen on your wall. Once you have approved this colour replacement, will we replace 4 x 5L tinted of the Rich Matt tinted according to the new formulation.
