pathetically bad service

I am so disgusted with the pover and bad service experienced at the Boardwalk Dulce. Not only did we wait 10min for a waitress to eventually realized that we wanted to order, she took our order with such distaste and we still waited another 30min for 3 cups of coffee and 2 milkshakes. And guess what the coffee was cold. And then she still wanted a tip!!! What a waste of time and money. Not the first time I've had bad service here.
