Is this how you treat clients

<p>On 25 November 2016 my niece and I were sitting at Dulce Lenmed at she spilled water on the table and asked for a serviette, the guy at the counter told her she must pay for it, she flatly refused and walked away. Later I had a ****in in my hand and went into same Dulce and asked for a serviette the same waiter told me outright in a very rude manner that he refuses to give me. Now i always buy from Dulce cafes. But is Lenz so unprofessional that they refuse a serviette which doesn't even cost much considering how expensive they are.</p>
