Feedback on old salad

Work at the Mayo. We ordered a sesame chicken wrap and salad R 93 last Wednesday 16/8, the salad leaves in the salad and wrap were TERRIBLE. , old ? Off? My Doctor had to see a patient in the hospital , took the whole container back she explained to lady on duty , who had a giggle , promised someone would contact us / my doctor a week later no call or apology.
