Cannot consume food purchased whilst seated at the table

The Ethekwini Dulce Cafe refers: Food is really good - no complaints. However, your rule not to have samoosa purchsed and consumed at the table is really unacceptable. This after placing an order of a cappacino and tea together with an order of 2 doz samoosas. My 76 yr old mother wanted samoosas and tea but was told that we could not consume it while seated at the table. When I enquired why this was so, I did not receive an explanation that made sense. All I was told that I need to order of the menu. I informed the waitress that the cappuccino and tea was of the menu so I did not see any problem. I was then informed that it was the instruction of the owner. How ludicrous. Will not be supporting you any longer and will advise friends and family to do the same. Really disappointed.
