Utterly shocked at the disgusting attitude and lack of customer service that we experienced from George last night. Not that this complaint will even matter to him, because he made it very clear last night that he only cares about the opinions and customer service levels with certain customers and a shrug of the shoulders was clear enough that he is couldn't be bothered about the fact that he had an unhappy customer. On Monday we bought a spolit piece of cheesecake from his restaurant, we told him about it last night, just as a matter of courtesy, he didn't appreciate that, and basically told us that we were \talking nonsense"as no one else had complained"
