Amanda has bad attitude and bad service

Yesterday I went to buy a coke at the Lenmed clinic Dulce cafe. The lady at the till had on a face as though she didn't want to be there. After a few minutes of not even acknowledging me, she sends me to the far side of the shop to fetch a coke from a stand-alone fridge. When I came back to the till to pay, 2 people had cut infront of me. She did not seem bothered and chatted happily with them, again being as slow as a snail. Then one of the ladies asked her for a drink, to my shock she went to the fridge 2 steps behind the till to get the lady her drink. Again she seemed unbothered and unapologetic. If this was an isolated incident I would have let it slide as we all have bad days. But 2 months before I had been served by the same Amanda when I bought coffee and she gave me the same bad service. Amanda is rude, has really bad attitude and has no business being behind a till when she can't even greet a customer with a smile. Especially not at a hospital as patients have enough stress due to their sickness!
