BAD SERVICE DULCE CAFE CAPE GATE

Went there for breakfast Had to wait very long with slow service Ordered a croissant with jam and butter The croissant was a flat piece of warmed dough not crispy more like a thick piece of bread I travel a lot overseas and this was the worst croissant ever.
