Unacceptable Delay on Refund

When we placed the order and made payment for the bricks, everything went smoothly. However, the refund process has been extremely slow. The refund was requested on 2 April 2026, and to date we have not received it. Each time we follow up, we’re told it has been approved, but no one can advise when it will be paid out. This is very frustrating. We are still waiting for the refund, and the lack of clarity is unacceptable. Dukathole Blackheath
