POOR AND BAD SERVICE OF DUKATHOLE BRICKS

I bought bricks at Dukathole Laman. There were 2 big trucks that were sent to deliver my bricks. On their way to deliver at my place, the trucks got stuck because of the wet road. One truck managed to deliver and offload all the blocks. It got stucked while it has to go back. The other truck that loaded 1800 blocks and 1500 stocks bricks got stuck before it get to my place, and some of the bricks were broken. They offloaded those bricks and left them there where the truck was stuck unattended, and I was told that they are not going back there. They said they paid a lot of money for the tow truck, so I must see how those bricks get to my place, there's nothing that they can do. I paid for the delivery, the pallets as well as the forklift to offload those bricks, but now I'm being told to hire people at my own expense to take the brick to my place. According to the fleet manager who was on the site, they are supposed to send someone first to inspect if the road is in a possession whereby they can be able to deliver or not. They just towed their trucks and left those bricks unattended at the place where the truck was stuck. I signed for bricks that were delivered, they wanted me to sign also for the other blocks that they left on the road but I refused. How can they want me to sign for something that I didn't receive? I tried to contact them (Mariska and Lande Kiech) several times through sending them messages, calling, and on their Facebook page. They just read my messages and ignore them. They are online even right now, but don't bother to respond.
