POOR AND BAD SERVICE BY DUKATHOLE BRICKS

I bought blocks and stock bricks at Dukathole Laman. 2 trucks were supposed to deliver my bricks. Only 1 truck managed to deliver 2000 blocks, the other truck got stuck on their way to my place because of the wet road while the other one got stuck after delivery. They just towed their truck and left those bricks in the middle of nowhere, and told me that they spent a lot of money on hiring a tow truck. I was told that I must see how to take those bricks to my place, because they are not responsible for the wet road. Some bricks are broken. I tried several times to get in touch with them (Mariska and Lange Kiech through their Facebook page, calling, and sending messages. They just read my messages and ignored them. I paid for the delivery to my place, the forklift to offload my bricks, as well as the pallets carrying those bricks. They are so quick to respond when you want to make a payment, but doesn't care about you after payment being made.
