Duinhuis Yserfontein Disgrace

Let me explain what R7000 a day will give you at the Duinhuis in Yserfontein. Firstly on arrival the home was filthy and the front door was falling off its hinges. On inspecting the bedrooms there were no cupboards but broken hanging rails for your clothing. Wi fi does not exist and one TV stadhed in an open plan bedroom upstairs. The toilet seat downstairs was broken off its hinges and the back door was actually coming apart never mind also off its hinges. The alarm system was disconnect and the washing machine did not work at all. Well now the owner also appears to not give a rats **** as when we just complained about how filthy the place was he politely sent back a mail to say that if we dont like it we should just leave. Would you want this kind of treatment from any holiday destination. Please spread this far and wide as the Duinhuis with its beautiful views is a disgrace.
