Avoid Frustration and Stay away from Dufy stores

On Wednesday the 14th I purchased shirts and jeans from Dufy Cresta and I unfortunately had to return the jeans due to them being the Skinny fit that I was never told about like I was told about the shirts, hence I bought 1 size bigger.

1st thing I asked the young lady who had a not so friendly attitude towards me was, do you guys have a regular fit in these jeans or any other type so I could get an exchange? Her response was no we only carry Skinny jeans and when I asked for a refund back to my card that I used to purchase she told me that she couldn't help me. Someone from their "head office" would call me the next day and sort me out with no questions asked, the young lady reassured me.

Of course to my anticipation no one called me yesterday as promised. Today I called in and the young man that answered told me that he was going to verify with the lady first and get back to me in 20min. 2hrs later I called the store back because no one called me as usual only to be told that my refund query is an HR issue and HR doesn't work weekends 🙃
