Unused account gathering fees
<p>My wife received a threatening email for an outstanding amount of R61. This includes a R20 collection fee. We haven't used our account in years, neither did we authorise any extra services or fees on the account, and now they want to mess up her credit rating. I closed my tfg account previously because of similar issues and now my wife as well. Very disappointed. This is scaly and greedy for a company that added value to our lives before. </p>
