poor return/ refunding policy

I'm so disappointed in this store I have been trying for two weeks now to return an item which I bought on the 07/07/2018 for about R670 at mall of Africa, every time I get the same story they do not have cash flow to refund me, I went to menlyn mall, wonderpark mall and kolonade mall all of them tell me the same story. I bought the item at mall of Africa and now it looks like I have to drive all the way to midrand just to return the item and hopefully get my cash refund. my slip even expired due to the run around which I was given at all of the above due south stores. One thing is for sure I will never buy at due south store again, I mean if this is the type of treatment and run around one will get when you want to return items to get refund back it is definitely not worth the headache.
