Online shopping site is shocking

I ordered items online, the site skipped over payment, after a lot of hassle I found where to pay, made payment. The money went off my bank account but this company cancelled my order with a non payment reason. I called their call center and the staff did not assist. I now have a huge hassle ahead of me making sure I get the money back. Their site is shocking, staff not willing to help and quite frankly it’s unacceptable. I will NOT be shopping there ever again.
