Online order not despatched till after expected delivery time.

<p>I purchased a fitbit alta online from Duesouth on the 22nd April. i received an email straight away to say that the order was confirmed and payment had gone through. Having ordered online with TFG before i knew i had to expect an email letting me know when the item was handed to the courier. After 3 working days i still had not recieved any email and called the customer care no to find out what was happening with my order. i was told that they would get back to me but never received any call back. the next day i called again and got no reply. Today after 6 working days i receive an email and call to say that the item was handed to the courier and i can expect it if im lucky this week or early next week. i ordered the product 10 days ago, why should i have to wait even longer because the despatch forgot to process my order in time.</p>
